Now that you have discovered your themes of talent, you now have the privilege to invest. Invest by time spent practicing, developing your skills and building your knowledge base. The Clifton StrengthsFinder e-learning provides up to 40 hours of customized learning to support you in taking ownership of your talents.

A One-to-One Strengths Interview with a ROYWEST Coach
During this approximate 1 hour session, you will be given the opportunity to respond to a series of questions that will help you not only fully understand the results of your assessment, but, put you on a path toward consciously adding knowledge and skills to the talents that provide you the opportunity to improve your relationships, increase your performance and improve your life

StrengthsPlace is your “Place-to-Go”, when you want to know more about your own strengths, the strengths of others and how to productively apply what you have learned about yourself. It is here that you will find the latest Strengths based research, articles, audio and video files, and links to other Strengths based sites.
